This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and protection of personal data of users of the Media School service (media.sudnik.pro), operated by Teleeng (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter the "Operator").

• Telegram account data: Telegram user ID, first name — obtained during authorization via Telegram bot.
• Payment data: payment amount, transaction ID, payment provider (Stripe or CloudPayments). We do not store bank card numbers — all card data is processed directly by payment providers.
• Usage data: saved vocabulary words, learning progress, subscription status.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information — collected automatically for service functionality.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• User authentication and account management
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Providing personalized learning experience (vocabulary, flashcards)
• Service improvement and technical support

4. Data Storage and Protection

Personal data is stored on secured servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data is retained for the duration of the user's account existence. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services for payment processing:

• Stripe Inc. — for EUR payments. Stripe Privacy Policy
• CloudPayments (LLC) — for RUB payments. CloudPayments Privacy Policy

Card data is transmitted directly to payment providers and is not processed or stored by the Operator.

• Request information about your personal data we store
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent to data processing (which may result in inability to use the Service)
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

7. Cookies

The Service uses local storage (localStorage) to maintain authentication sessions and user preferences (theme, language). No third-party tracking cookies are used.
