Public Offer Agreement

Effective: February 10, 2026

1. Definitions

Operator — Teleeng (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., providing the Media School service at media.sudnik.pro.

User — any individual who accepts this Offer by performing the actions specified herein.

Service — the Media School online platform for learning English through film-based interactive content.

Subscription — a paid access plan granting the User access to premium content for a defined period.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Operator provides the User with access to the Service's premium content (films with interactive subtitles, vocabulary tools, flashcards) on a monthly subscription basis.

This Offer is a public offer in accordance with applicable law. Payment for the Subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscription period: 30 days from the date of payment
• Price: 1 500 RUB / month (or equivalent in EUR)
• Payment is a one-time charge per period (non-recurring)
• Subscription does not auto-renew — the User pays manually for each period

4. Payment

Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers:

• CloudPayments — for payments in RUB
• Stripe — for payments in EUR

The Operator does not store or process bank card data. All payment information is handled directly by the respective payment provider in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Access and Content

Upon successful payment, the User receives immediate access to all premium content for the subscription period. Content includes:

• Full-length films with synchronized English subtitles
• Interactive word lookup with translations and transcriptions
• Personal vocabulary builder
• Spaced repetition flashcard system (FSRS algorithm)

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 3 days of payment if the User has not used the premium content. To request a refund, contact sudnik@teleeng.co.

After 3 days or if the premium content has been accessed, refunds are not provided.

7. User Obligations

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not distribute, copy, or share premium content
• Not attempt to circumvent access restrictions or subscription checks
• Provide accurate information during registration

8. Operator Obligations

• Provide access to premium content within the subscription period
• Maintain reasonable service availability
• Protect User personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The Operator makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation. The Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Changes to This Offer

The Operator reserves the right to modify this Offer. Changes do not affect active subscriptions. Updated terms apply to new subscriptions made after the publication date.
